Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer another method of payment, such as check or money order please call 607-538-9080 or email: [email protected].
Sales Tax
Hobart Book Village is based in New York State, in Delaware County. The sales tax of 8% will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in New York. Sales tax will not be applied to orders sent to addresses outside of New York State.
Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be emailed to the email address you provide after you place an order. Please make sure your email address is current.
Return/Exchange
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling) within 30 days from the date of shipment. Please contact us at 607-538-9080 or email [email protected] prior to returning any merchandise for an exchange or a refund.
Cancellation:
If for some reason you change your mind and want to cancel an order you placed online or by telephone, please contact us at 607-538-9080 or email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order and we will cancel your order with no obligation. Our policy is to ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping/Delivery
All orders are shipped Media Mail unless otherwise noted. Excluding weekends and holidays, orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. We currently ship to the Continental U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to Canada and other countries. Please call us for international shipping information. You will be notified of the total shipping charges upon confirmation of your order, as weight and destination are factors of the cost calculations. Your order will be shipped upon agreement of total charges.
